Have you ever thought of going for tent camping in Oregon? This is one of the best places for camping with family.

Some of the campgrounds are located on the beach itself. So you can just sit inside the tent and enjoy the ocean. But before you choose the ground you need to make sure that the ground is safe and secure for you and your family or friends. There are certain amenities that are very much necessary. Food, water, electricity are essential elements. You must check for these things before you put up the tent camping. The two most popular beaches in Oregon are sunset beach and Beverly beach.

The sunset beach is located on the southern coast on the other hand the Beverly beach is located on the central part of Oregon. You will get to enjoy the Pacific Ocean on one of the sides of the camp if you put up the camping tents on the Oregon beach. The beach is quite long so you do not need to worry about the effect of the ocean. You will get shells, agates as well as fossils on the beach. For this you just need to walk to the southern portion of the beach.

On the other hand if you are interested in surfing then you can go to the northern portion of the beach. Overall the place is filled with excitement and this is the reason why lots of people choose this place for putting up the camping tents.
Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, which is in Bandon, is home to three distinct golf courses. The courses, which are located on the rugged Pacific coast of Oregon, are true to traditional Scottish golf links, and challenge the player’s mastery of the terrain rather than just his power. All three courses, “Bandon Trails”, “Bandon Dunes” and “Pacific Dunes” are very highly rated, and widely regarded as being among the best public golf courses in the nation.

Sunriver Resort in Deschutes County, Oregon offers many recreational activities including tennis, a fitness center, and a variety of family recreational activities as well as golf. There are three 18-hole golf courses: “Crosswater” which was designed by Bob Cupp, the highly unique “Meadows” which was designed by John Fought, and “The Woodlands” which was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. All three courses have plenty to offer, but the most famous is Crosswater which has won many awards.

Running Y Ranch Resort is a resort community near Klamath Falls, in the midst of Oregon’s Cascade Mountain range. The Running Y golf course is the state’s only Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, and has won many awards thanks to its beautiful scenery and wonderful play.

Pumpkin Ridge, which is just outside North Plains in Northern Oregon, hosted the U.S. Women’s Open in 1997 and 2003. The golf club has two excellent courses, “Witch Hollow” and “Ghost Creek”, both of which were designed by Robert Cupp. Witch Hollow is a members’ only course, but Ghost Creek is semi-private, and has been rated by Golf Magazine in 2005 as one of the Top 100 Places You Can Play.

Real estate is broadly categorized into two types. This includes residential and commercial real estate. As the name suggests, the latter revolves around sale and lease of property that is intended for use in trade and business. This includes a wide range of business opportunities including shopping malls, gas stations, car parks and office buildings. The Oregon commercial real estate market is huge and encompasses innumerable viable plots and property.

Oregon commercial real estate could refer to an empty plot of land, a building, a store or multiple shops, or even a park. The instant any property is to be used for a business purpose, it is categorized as commercial real estate. Oregon commercial real estate includes land, as well as anything that is permanently built or fixed onto it. These fixtures include nursing homes, buildings and fences. They also refer to pipes, plumbing, heating devices and light fixtures that are inbuilt or fixed on the exterior of a building. Commercial real estate can be purchased, sold or rented as required.

Price points for Oregon commercial real estate depend upon their location. Areas that are established as “commercially profitable” are categorized within higher price brackets, as compared to others located in developing areas. Their rates are calculated differently from residential real estate. A number of Oregon real estate listing companies have dedicated commercial real estate databases that are easy to access and designed to help clients find a viable property in a short time. Before finalizing an Oregon commercial real estate deal, it is important to ensure the property is not blacklisted and all fixtures within it are in compliance with state regulations.

Essex House is a great apartment complex that is located near the McCall Waterfront Park. The apartments are available in one bed and one bath up to two beds and two baths. Covered parking and controlled access entry are two of the safety features provided. There is an on-site fitness center as well as a spa and sauna. The great location of Essex House is one of its greatest selling points. It is very close to downtown for shopping and entertainment, while the park lends itself to jogging, riding, and other outdoor activities.

Rock Creek 185 Apartments is in Portland, but has the feel of the countryside. This apartment complex has three ponds, gorgeous courtyards and several different types of large trees. You can rent a studio or an apartment with up to three beds and two baths. The incredible landscaping matches the amenities offered. Rock Creek 185 has a pool, a spa/sauna, fitness center, and a lighted tennis court. For those family times, you can walk through the grounds and have a picnic in the BBQ area. This community is located near public transportation, has a business center, and a laundry center to provide everything you could possibly need.

Located just a few minutes from downtown Portland, Buckman Heights Apartments is near the heart of the city. This community offers studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartments. It has free on-street parking, controlled access, and complimentary bicycle storage. Buckman Heights has two sunlit terraces, a fitness center and lovely courtyards for when you need to relax. Income limits may apply, so it is best to contact the hotel manager for more information.

Museum Place is a fantastic community in which to live. The university, museum and historical society are only a block away so Museum Place has a very cultured atmosphere. It is within walking distance of some of the city’s finest shopping and restaurants. The apartments have high ceilings, a patio or balcony, and a view. Some of the apartments have hard wood floors and gas fireplaces. If you are willing to pay a little bit more, you will find that the amenities and location make this complex well worth it.

Luxury Homes – Bend has its share of luxury homes. Awbrey Butte, Broken Top, Pronghorn, down town Bend and homes on residential acreage hold a large portion of Bend’s luxury homes. To be considered a luxury home the home must have solid counter tops, commercial grade appliances, have a triple car garage or larger and have top quality finishes through out. The lot should also be at least a quarter acre or more with some seclusion or privacy.

As Bend continues to grow, more and more luxury homes are being built. Bend is becoming known for its skiing, relatively mild weather (four seasons), fishing, golfing and many other activities. Bend will continue to grow and the demand for luxury homes will increase in the coming years. Compared to other parts of the country Bend has some real bargains on Luxury Homes.

Horse Properties – Bend is also horse country. Since Bend is in the high desert horse properties here should have irrigation rights in order to have pasture. Many buyers that ride frequently prefer to be able to ride out the gate on their property and hit the trails on state land, National Forest land or Bureau of Land Management land. If not, most horse property in Bend is a short trailer ride away to some outstanding riding.

River Front Homes – Water front homes are rare in Bend and bring a premium price when available. There are no lakes in Bend with private property on the water. There is only the Deschutes River which runs from South to North through the heart of Bend.

Retirement Homes – Maybe these should be called homes to retire in so not to be confused with homes for the elderly with 24 hour care. There are many quality commercial retirement homes in Bend but that is not the topic of this article.

Retirees from all over the United States are moving to Bend. The weather, golfing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, medical facilities, art community, festivals, camping etc. are a huge draw to retirees. Redmond Oregon which is 16 miles north has an International Airport which makes travel to and from Bend easy.

Golf Course Homes – Bend has several golf course communities with homes on and away from the course. Awbrey Glen, River’s Edge, Mountain High, Widgi Creek, Broken Top, Lost Tracks and Pronghorn are some of the main golf course communities in Bend.

Great Neighborhoods – Bend is full of great neighborhoods in all sections of the city! The “West side” is very popular but also the most expensive. There is a perfect neighborhood in Bend that is just what you are looking for.

Bend Oregon Real Estate – No matter what kind of property you buy in Bend it will be a good investment. Bend has its’ market fluctuations like the rest of the nation but will continue to be one of the most desirable places in the United State to live that gives you a high return on your investment.

Marriage is a great experience for everyone involved. It’s one of those days where we can forget about everything else that may be troubling us in the world, where everyone is at their best, everything is perfect. Save for the drunken photographer and surly stepdad perhaps, but on this day even their little quirks and flaws make sense and can be embraced.

If those days and those feelings could come more often, it seems the world would be a better place for all. Or maybe not, because with the number of times people now marry and remarry, those days do come about more often than ever, we seem to be none the better for it, perhaps worse. Broken homes, disgruntled kids and bickering ex’s scatter the Oregon and American landscape little wisps of cloud in the darkening sky.

The marriage records so carefully filed away to chronicle this glorious day are soon crushed beneath the divorce records that follow in their wake. The inevitable remarrying that follows requires these Oregon divorce records to be shown, as do other circumstances such as changing one’s name and immigration procedures.

To relieve the courthouses of the overwhelming hordes of divorcees seeking copies of their OR divorce records, online databases have entered operation, with collections of these documents, easily accessed and obtained. These are the same documents you would receive from the courthouse, though some sites maintain better organization of categorizing of these files to make sure each case file is complete than others.

The county registry is one of these sites, with over 100 million public records to browse through. Enter your name or the name of someone else you would like this information on and search away. You’ll be presented with the complete list of results matching your query, from which you’ll likely need to attempt to narrow the search further, due to the exhaustive nature of their collections.
